I am inspired by somatic practices, martial arts, dance, yoga, calisthenics, acrobatics, and various strength training disciplines. I teach a sustainable practice of being and becoming your strongest version.

Feel free to use my on-demand library or I can design short or long-term programs to meet your circumstances. We will check in periodically to make sure you are staying on track.
