I help people over 40 move with ease and feel alive in their bodies. I like to do it in a playful and sustainable way, focusing on awareness, longevity, and resilience.

I am inspired by movement and somatic practices like martial arts, dance, yoga, calisthenics, acrobatics, and various strength training and body work disciplines.

Most personalized training I offer to meet you exactly where you are, to help you feel strong, athletic, adaptable, resilient, and move with ease in your body. We will build a consistent and sustainable practice by integrating strength, mobility, and movement training that helps you climb, jump, dance, play, fight, keep up with children, or simply feel vibrant and more alive.

Semi private

In my experience, this is one of the best ways to train. The group energy brings out the best in people! It’s fun, dynamic, and nourishes one of the key pillars of health — community! This training is ideal for someone with no major injuries or limitations. Bring your own partner(s) or join one of our small groups of two to four people.

If we have worked in person before, but live in different locations, our schedules don’t match, or you prefer training at your own pace. I can offer you my guidance, accountability, and intelligent program design. In person when we can, virtually when needed, and program design when appropriate.
